After going through these steps, you will receive a confirmation email.

The process of working on a project is simple and hassle-free. Following the client's briefing, the team brainstormed and came up with 4 - 5 initial concepts for the design. The initial concepts are then delivered to the client and feedback is obtained regarding the same. The next step involves incorporating the changes as highlighted by the client. Finally, final files for the design are delivered to the client in vector format or video format.

03. How do you obtain details from the client?

US Design Agency has created a Creative Guide that provides all of the details. The guide consists of simple questions designed to help the team understand the preferences of clients.

04. How many revisions do I get?

We provide UNLIMITED revisions of the selected concept.

05. How long till I get my designs?

The initial concepts are provided within 48 business hours whereas; the final files are provided within 24 business hours.

06. In what formats are the final files provided?

Final files are provided in the following formats:

.jpg / .png / .ai /.psd / .mp4 / .ae

07. Do I get the copyrights of the design?

Yes.

08. How do I communicate with the US Design Agency?

Once the project has started, I will remain in continuous coordination with the client via call or email, Skype, Zoom, AnyDesk, or any other platform.

09. Do you do printing for your clients?

Yes.

10. When do I make the payment?

The client will make an advance payment. The client will have to select a relevant package and make the payment before the project begins.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal and Credit cards are both accepted as forms of payment.

12. Do you have a refund policy?

Yes, in case if the client is not satisfied with the work, we grant them a refund. However, the refund is granted only if the reason for the same is genuine.

13. Are all the designs created in-house?

Yes, we do not outsource our work. It is all done by the US Design Agency team.

14. Is my information secure?

Our site ensures the safety of the information our clients provide to us. We are not in the process of selling our client’s information to any third party without their consent.

15. Will our work be displayed on the site?

Yes, we have the right to display the work designed by us on our site. However, the copyrights of the same will remain with the client.

How do I place an order?

Our process is simple and fast, Just choose your desired package, place an order by providing your basic information, billing details, logo brief, and it's done. One of our Account Manager will contact you soon upon successful completion of submission.

How does the process work?

Once we received the initial design brief, our design team do some brainstorming and develop some ideas and decide on a direction to create some sketches. Then a team of dedicated designers converts this idea into initial design concepts. Once QA is approved we send you the review and feedback. Based on your selection and feedback we revise the design and resend you the final feedback. Once you approved the design we deliver you the digital and Print ready Final Files in different file formats.

How do I communicate with the US Design Agency?

We use Teamwork and our Primary project management tool and keep all the conversations thread and media files in one place for the client's convenience. Our Account Managers ensure smooth communications and timely response and use all communication channels preferred by the client.
